Do I really need a bookkeeper if I have Quickbooks?
QuickBooks is a great tool—but it’s only as good as how it’s used. Many business owners don’t have the time or experience to keep their books consistently accurate or properly structured.
I make sure your QuickBooks data is clean, reconciled, and reliable, so you can trust your numbers and avoid costly cleanup later.
How do I know if my books are a mess?

How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business, but I offer transparent, flat-rate pricing with no surprise fees. During your free consultation, I’ll give you an upfront quote based on your needs—no pressure, no surprises, and no long-term contracts.
Will I still have access to my QuickBooks?
Yes. We exclusively use QuickBooks Online. You own your QuickBooks account and can access it anytime. I work as your partner inside your existing system so you’re never out of the loop.
Do you prepare tax returns or provide tax advice?
No. I specialize in bookkeeping and ensuring your financial records are accurate and IRS-ready. I don’t prepare tax returns or provide tax planning advice – that’s your CPA’s role. I make sure your books are clean, up to date and organized, which makes tax preparation easier and often reduces your CPA’s fees.
